Westfield London opens 'innovative' retail concept to meet demand for wellness services
Westfield London is introducing a Health & Wellness Village, bringing health and wellness brands and services to the retail environment as demand grows for "accessible, high-quality health and wellness experiences".
As the demand for wellness destinations is "stronger than ever", the 50,000 sq ft premium space was designed to meet the wants and needs of shifting consumer preferences.
New openings are already underway including Betterview, a laser eye surgery clinic that opened in August 2024. Coming up this Spring, Prince Pharmacy, a private pharmacy group, will open its doors followed by Effect Doctors, a specialist clinic known for its IV drips, and So.Shell, a premium London nail and brow salon.

This dedicated space not only sets the stage for our continued growth but also reflects the rising demand for accessible and preventive wellness services."
The next wave of openings includes StretchLAB, which will offer personalised one-on-one assisted stretching to enhance mobility and flexibility from April.

The Health & Wellness Village is set to become a cornerstone of The Village’s redevelopment. The First Floor will be transformed to host a variety of new medical and wellness brands, creating a dedicated space for health-conscious consumers. On the Ground Floor, the focus will remain on premium and luxury brands, with an upgraded aesthetic.
