Westfield London is hosting a multi-sensory wellness event from 25 March to 4 April, where science, mindfulness and innovation come together across interactive zones.

The activation is part of Westfield London’s expansion of The Village, a health and wellness area that combines high-end services, innovative products and immersive experiences for health-conscious visitors.

It is designed around three distinct zones, each focusing on mind, body and energy. As part of this, attendees will be able to explore breathwork, meditation, movement, neurostimulation rituals and sensorial wellness bars.

Within the experience, SANCTUM will offer short, 20-minute guided sessions combining mindfulness, movement and music through its digital wellbeing platform.

The Mood Apothecary, powered by G Spot, will serve functional sodas designed to support energy, calm and mood, alongside interactive workshops exploring the benefits of adaptogens and nootropics.

Visitors can also experience Samphire Neuroscience’s Nettle headset for mood and cognitive wellbeing, participate in guided meditation and microcurrent sessions, and attend talks by co-founder Dr. Emilė Radytė.

Katie Wyle, Managing Director of Customer & Retail Operations Northern Europe at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, said: "Feel the Frequency is set to kick off the transformation of The Village into a dedicated destination for luxury health, wellbeing and medical care - where premium brands and exclusive services meet the needs of the modern health-conscious consumer."

It comes as Westfield London prepares to welcome three new health and wellness brands to further expand The Village. The new tenants include The Gloss, a female-founded business specialising in advanced skincare, as well as global diagnostics and laboratory testing provider Randox Health and LoveMyLife Doctors, which will open a two-room clinic in spring 2026.

Constantin Wiesmann, Director of Leasing, Northern Europe at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, said: "Health and wellness is no longer a niche category, it’s becoming a strategic anchor for mixed-use retail destinations.

"With almost 60% of UK adults expressing interest in accessing non-emergency health services in retail settings, these latest signings at The Village reflect a broader shift in consumer behaviour, where demand for accessible, high-quality, personalised healthcare is reshaping the role of retail centres."
