Wonderskin, the long-wear beauty brand, has signed British tennis star Katie Boulter for a Grand Slam season partnership, positioning its transfer-proof stain products around the demands of elite sport.

The new deal timed to run through the Grand Slam tennis season, with the forthcoming Wimbledon Championships as its centrepiece. Boulter will use the brand's products through training, matches and media appearances across the tournament calendar.

"For me, makeup has to work with my lifestyle, not against it. I need products that are lightweight, comfortable and most importantly, long-lasting," Boulter said.

The tennis star will be using the Wonder Blading All-Day Lip Stain, which Wonderskin says offers up to 10-hour wear, and the newer Wonder Blading All-Day Blush Stain, which the brand claims delivers 12-hour, transfer-proof colour. She will also be using other "everyday essentials" from the range.

Performance as product proof

For Wonderskin, the deal gives its long-wear claims a visible testing ground. Elite tennis involves extended matches in heat, travel across time zones and back-to-back commitments from court to camera, a schedule that puts durability-focused beauty products under genuine pressure.

Marina Kalenchyts, co-founder and brand director at Wonderskin, said: "For Katie, finding beauty products that can withstand the demands of life on tour is essential. She was a natural partner for us to put our formulas through their paces."

Boulter framed the collaboration around the gap between what audiences see and what tour life involves. "People often see the glamorous side of tennis, but the reality is my lifestyle is constantly on the move," she said. "I'm training for hours, competing in different climates, travelling every week and spending long days on court under intense pressure."

She also linked the partnership to on-court confidence. "When I walk onto the court feeling confident, that carries into how I perform too. And because tennis is such a physically demanding sport, I need products that I can genuinely rely on to stay in place through long matches, heat and intense conditions," she said.

Wimbledon timing

The announcement lands with Boulter in strong grass-court form. At the WTA Queen's Club Championships earlier this month, when she beat top seed and world No.2 Elena Rybakina in sets of 7-5, 2-6, 6-4 reaching the semi-finals, adding to a straight-sets win over Jaqueline Cristian in the same tournament.

That run gives the partnership immediate visibility heading into Wimbledon, where Boulter will be among the most-watched British players in the draw.

For Wonderskin, the deal reflects a broader move by beauty brands to use athletes as credibility anchors for long-wear and multifunctional product lines. Britain's current number one tennis player Emma Raduacanu, who reached the finals of Queen's, is also the star of a current campaign with Wild refillable deodorant, having been announced as a brand ambassador last year.

The Wimbledon Championships run from 29 June to 12 July.
