YSL Beauty names Austin Butler as global brand ambassador
YSL Beauty has named actor Austin Butler as the global brand ambassador for its latest scent, MYSLF.
Described by the luxury brand, the new scent is bold, expressive and fluid. It embraces a full spectrum of olfactory nuances, whilst "creating a dynamic tension between fresh and sensual, clean and sexy, light and dark".
The floral woody fragrance was developed by Givaudan perfumers Daniela Andrier, Christophe Raynaud and Antoine Maisondieu.

YSL Beauty teased videos of Butler without revealing his identity days before the official announcement.
In a post on Instagram today, Bulter said: "I am honoured to be named the global ambassador of MYSLF, the new statement fragrance by YSL Beauty."
Butler is known for his portrayal of Elvis Presley in the musical biopic Elvis in 2022, for which he won a Golden Globe Award and BAFTA.
He joins YSL Beauty alongside a number of existing brand ambassadors, including actor Xiao Zhan, rapper Lil Nas X, and model Lila Moss.
