Our categories
TheIndustry.beauty Innovators Awards is the only awards scheme in UK beauty to recognise not just great product but also the wide range of business disciplines needed to become a true standout in the market, from sustainable practice, to technological excellence and outstanding experience. We do of course have a wide range of new product categories to enter encompassing make-up, skincare, haircare, fragrance, tools & technology and wellness.
New for 2026 – we’ve added more categories to celebrate all of the achievements of our beloved beauty industry, including ‘iconic product categories’ as we recognise innovation doesn’t just come from new products. View the full list of the Categories for 2026 here.
Our judges
Judged by an impartial, leading panel of industry experts including Millie Kendall, CEO of The British Beauty Council, Sallie Berkerey, Managing Director of CEW UK, Broadcaster Ateh Jewel, Brand Consultant Newby Hands and Makeup Artist Ruby Hammer to name a few, who have all made notable contributions to the beauty industry, these awards carry huge cachet, and the recognition runs throughout the year and across multiple platforms. The ceremony
This year’s awards will take place at Nobu Hotel, London Portman Square on 9 July 2026. Check our image gallery from 2025, which saw around 200 industry VIPs gathered to celebrate the success of our winners.
Top Tips for entering
Use stats and data to back-up your case for being shortlisted (please note, we will not publish any commercially sensitive information)
Please use high-quality images to show your product and business in the best light
Keep your written citation concise and engaging. Consider using bullet points and section headings to make it easier for judges to digest
Product and company brochures are fine as supporting information, but should not form the basis of your entry
If you are entering best new brand, product icon, product collaboration or any of the best new product categories, please submit 8 x samples of each product for the judges to trial. For the technology category, we only require 1 x sample to trial. If you fail to send samples, the judges will not being able to review your entry properly.
