Glossier opens first London flagship in Covent Garden

In time for the festive season direct-to-consumer beauty brand Glossier has opened its first London flagship store in Covent Garden, following a successful pop-up shop in the capital in 2019.

In June this year Glossier raised $80 million in a Series E funding round aiming to scale its online channels and expand its retail portfolio.

The store features the brand's typical pink interior, floral arrangements and encouraging mirror messages, which read "You Look Good".

The third permanent store of the brand stocks beauty and skincare products and has store assistants on-site to advise consumers, called Glossier Editors.

Exclusive to this store are London-inspired stickers and Glossier-branded pink and red passport holders, which retail at £25 with £5 donated to non-profit Hatch.

The store is located at 43 King Street and opened on 9 December. It will be open Monday-Saturday from 10am - 7pm and Sunday from 11am - 6pm.
