KMI Brands appoints Chief Growth Officer to 'drive customer satisfaction'

KMI Brands, the licensed distributor of Ted Baker fragrances and toiletries, has announced the appointment of Lisa Stone as Chief Growth Officer.

Stone has been promoted from Commercial Director, a role she has occupied since 2018. She brings over 23 years of experience and knowledge of KMI brands to the role, having first joined the company as Commercial Manager in 1999.

In her new position, Stone will help drive business growth and revenue generation. She will be responsible for leading the integration of multi-channel marketing activities across all channels, supporting greater customer value and retention. In addition, Stone will "explore and drive better business innovation" both internally and externally to support long-term growth.
