The advent calendar business model is showing now sign of slowing down and now media brands are getting in on the action with British Vogue launching its first-ever luxury advent calendar.
Advent calendars are big business and allow brands and retailers invaluable marketing and revenue channels to drive sampling, loyalty and of course, sales.
The calendar will feature a line-up of legendary lifestyle, fashion and skincare treats, with a portion of proceeds going to charities supporting vulnerable communities this Christmas.
25 drawers featuring illustrations of covers from the Vogue archives containing fine jewellery, fragrance, fashion accessories, premium beauty tools, high-end skincare and bath and body products will make up the advert calendar fit for any consumer who likes a little luxury in their life. The calendar itself has been sustainably designed to be recycled after use, but let's face it, any Vogue fan will want to use it as a keepsake.
