Boots is set to open a beauty-only store at Battersea Power Station later this year.  The 11,000 + square foot beauty playground will create ‘a new destination for beauty lovers to try out new products, looks and trends with more than 250 cosmetics, skincare and haircare brands available’ and have a focus on diversity and female-owned brands.

The store will also be home to a team of on-site dermatologists, and beauty specialists offering ‘brand-neutral’ skincare and beauty advice.

As part of its market-leading beauty assortment including global brands such as Sol de Janeiro, The INKEY list, Huda Beauty and Drunk Elephant, the store will launch ‘several new UK-exclusive brands’.

“Our new Beauty showcase solidifies Boots' position as the UK’s number one beauty destination and marks the latest innovation under our ongoing beauty reinvention programme. Boots continues to invest in providing a market-leading beauty shopping experience and this new beauty-only concept not only allows customers to be the very first to try new brands and products but also provides a platform to launch new services that we know our customers will love said Paul Niezawitowski, Beauty Director at Boots.

It's clear that the beauty market is thriving, even in this tough economic climate and as Sephora gears up to open its second store in the UK, all eyes will be on this stand-alone beauty offering from Boots.
