From Kylie Cosmetics' latest lip launch to RMS Beauty's foray into skincare, and more, here are the top beauty launch picks of the week from TheIndustry.beauty team.

Supple Kiss Lip Glaze, Kylie Cosmetics

Lip tints, lip stains, lipsticks, lip kits, lip balms. Who knew that lip glazes were amiss? Kylie Jenner and her entrepreneurial spirit did, of course. Jenner said, "our lip products are always best sellers", so it's no surprise the A-lister continues to expand the category.

The downside of being a lip-gloss lover means that I'm constantly reapplying, but The Supple Kiss Lip Glaze boasts up to 12 hours of hydration and shine. It's described as a "next-gen, lightweight, lip-loving gloss", and comes in six wearable shades - Nude Kiss and Rose Bloom are personal favs.

As for the innovation, the glaze contains a Bouncy Wrap Technology, which features a blend of emollients that envelop lips in a gel-like glaze for an extra cushiony feel leaving behind an oh-so-glossy shine.

KLIRA

Body Special, KLIRA

KLIRA, from consultant dermatologist and skincare innovator, Dr Emma Craythorne, has made the move into body care with the launch of this targeted treatment designed to tackle the signs of ageing in the hands and chest. These are two areas of particular concern to me (and many of my fellow Gen X women) so this has very much piqued my interest.

This cream-to-summer formula has been created around a precise ratio of azelaic acid, niacinamide and kojic acid at 10-4-2, working on different cellular pathways to tackle issues such as pigmentation, oxidative stress, hydration and collagen depletion. These actives come together in a next-generation base enhanced with hydrolysed collagen peptides, squalene and ceramides working in synergy to plump the skin, protect the barrier and optimise the delivery of the actives.

In clinical trials, 100% of users who were concerned with age spots noted an improvement with 30% saying that improvement was dramatic, while 83% felt their hands and chest were dramatically rejuvenated. It's available at klira.skin for a one-off purchase at £99 but with those results no doubt many will aim to subscribe for £69.

Kakadu Beauty Oil, RMS Beauty

Last year I was lucky enough to interview RMS Beauty's Founder, the iconic makeup artist Rose Marie Swift. Not only did I grow fond of the brand, but also the Founder and her playfully candid personality (I highly recommend reading the interview here!).

So, when the brand reached out about its new skincare line, I expected nothing less than what it delivered. Launching with a trio of products - Kakadu Beauty Oil (£61), the Kakadu Luxe Cream (£53) and Super Serum Hydrating Mist (£39) - each work together to create a make-up ready canvas that's both glowy and hydrated.

For me, the beauty oil is the hero product. Officially relaunching as Kakadu Beauty Oil, the brand's best-selling oil is a potent blend of nourishing oils that will give the skin a boost of hydration to prep for makeup, balance skin and improve texture.

Tea Tree Special Shampoo Bar, Paul Mitchell

I’m trying my best to be as eco-conscious as I can, so it’s exciting to see the new Paul Mitchell Tea Tree Special Shampoo Bar hit my desk this week. Anything that reduces the amount of plastic in my home, but still allows me to use performance-driven products is a plus for me.

This shampoo bar offers an invigorating blend of tea tree oil, peppermint and lavender to cleanse the scalp and leave it refreshed and invigorated.

RRP: £19.75 available at www.sallybeauty.co.uk

Heather and Coffee Shimmer Lipsticks, Rimmel

British high street veteran, Superdrug, has commenced its 60th birthday celebrations with a plethora of in-store experiences and promotions as well as bringing back discontinued 90s makeup.

Out of all the new (and old) releases, my pick of the bunch is Rimmel’s re-launched Heather and Coffee Shimmer lipsticks, which will be back on shelves for a limited time.

With the recent comeback of the 90 lipstick look, I expect this to be a super popular re-launch.

Bee Venom Body Serum and Hydrogel Mask, Rodial

I just love Rodial's product names and so was naturally drawn to these two new additions to its Bee Venom range this week.

Yet again we're seeing more skincare brands focus on bringing the benefits of active ingredients typically associated with products for the face to products for the body with one of these launches. The new Body Serum (£75) includes bee venom melittin peptide, retinol and vitamin E to work synergistically to firm, revitalise and combat visible signs of ageing across the entire body. The potent cocktail of ingredients is designed to enhance skin texture, plump fine lines and wrinkles and improve the complexion from head to toe.

Meanwhile, its Hydrogel Mask gold jelly mask (£20) helps to cool and transform dull, lacklustre skin while plumping and smoothing ingredients help to "visibly awaken for a refreshed and rejuvenated look". Actives include the signature bee venom melittin peptide, once again, along with Triple HA, containing three different types of HA (sodium, hydrolyzed and sodium acetylated hyaluronate) for maximum moisture.
