From Milk Makeup's brow tint and mascara to Les Filles En Rouje's eyeshadow palette, and more, here are the top beauty launch picks of the week from TheIndustry.beauty team.

The Eye Palette, Les Filles En Rouje x Jeanne Damas

Though I’d be more likely to prioritise product over packaging, I still appreciate when a brand puts effort into creating beautiful encasings for their latest launches, which is exactly what Les Filles En Rouje and Jeanne Damas have done here.

The Eye Palette features three shimmer-packed shades - Rose Gold, Gold and Pink Bronze. Crafted as silky cream shadows, they effortlessly apply to the lids, promising a crease-free finish. Personally, I opt for ditching powder textures in favour of creams on warmer days, which are likely to be far away from London’s struggling summer skies. What's more, they're formulated with at least 88% natural origin ingredients and the brand blends finer and larger glitters for maximum shine.

Reaffirming that the three creamy eyeshadows are perfect for glistening under the sunny skies, the products are encased in a shell-like vintage-inspired mother-of-pearl checkerboard case.

Kush High Roll Brow Tint and Mascara, Milk Makeup

New products from Milk Makeup once again hit the shelves this week, including a Kush High Roll Brow Tint (£24) designed for "naturally amped-up brows that will stay smudge-proof for up to 24 hours". Infused with conditioning hemp seed oil, the product works to subtly define, volumise and set brows. It comes in eight shades – haze, dub, dutch, diesel, MJ, herb, grind, cypher - with soft, flexible bristles to comb and separate every single hair.

However, the newness doesn't just stop there. Milk Makeup has also launched a new mascara under the same line. The Kush High Roll Mascara (£28) promises definition, volume and length. Like the brow tint, the formula also boasts conditioning hemp seed oil for a sweat-proof finish, paired with a mix of short and long staggered bristles to comb and separate every lash.

Good Boi Candles

Cruel Summer Limited-Edition, Good Boi Candles

I am a proud gay man all year round, but during Pride Month, I love nothing more than to use our platform to shine a light on LGBTQ+ owned businesses. Match that to my love of scented candles and what have you got? Good Boi Candles.

Good Boi is the brainchild of two London friends, one Spanish, one French, and offers "high-quality, handcrafted candles (all hand-poured and cheekily-named), celebrating queer joy, body euphoria, and all the intricacies of a liberated sex life under the rainbow".

The candle combines Spanish blood orange, patchouli, black vanilla and vetiver, housed in an iridescent vessel. Each candle is numbered and hand-poured in London in two stages to guarantee optimal throw.

"We've had many queries about what we had in store for Pride month. As an intrinsically queer business, representation is at the core of what we do, day in, day out. We breathe and eat pride 12 months of the year, and we couldn't have given our best-selling boi a more celebratory sparkle to mark this month of celebration," said Co-founders, Antoine and Mikel.

Glow Recipe

Pride Watermelon Pore Tight Toner, Glow Recipe

Staying on the theme of Pride, Glow Recipe has brought back its limited-edition Watermelon Pore-Tight Toner for another year.

A bestseller for the beauty brand, the Watermelon Pore-Tight Toner contains 6% pore-tightening actives, including non-irritating, effective PHA and BHA acids, and 6% hyaluronic acid to equally minimise the look of pore and hydrate skin.

What's more, the brand has also once again pledged to donate to causes that support diversity, equity and inclusion through this exclusive launch. 100% of profits will be donated to non-profit organisations empowering LGBTQIA+ youth globally.
