Frasers Group acquires Belfast retail park to support wider elevation strategy

Mike Ashley's Frasers Group has acquired Boucher Shopping Park in Belfast, further driving its commitment to invest in more bricks-and-mortar properties.

The sale was agreed between Frasers Group and Sam Morrison, on behalf of Corbo Properties.

Located two miles from Belfast city centre, Boucher Shopping Park offers over 180,000 sq ft of retail space, from brands including Next, Matalan, River Island, Boots and New Look.
