Hairstory bolsters executive team with two new appointments

Healthy haircare brand Hairstory has strengthened its executive team with two new leadership appointments across marketing and sales.

Alanah Dixon joins as Vice President of Integrated Marketing, bringing a wealth of experience from Anastasia Beverly Hills, where she served as Vice President of Influencer Marketing & Social Media.

Prior to this, she worked at Endeavor (formerly WME/IMG), overseeing brands like Under Armour, E&J Gallo Winery and Lego, as well as IPSY, under the role of Creator Influencer Partnerships Lead.

At Hairstory, Dixon will lead the brand’s first DTC Influencer Marketing programme, revamp its social media presence, and grow brand awareness through marketing initiatives to drive loyalty.

Meanwhile, Carlos Morales joins as the Director of Professional Sales, with over 23 years of experience in business development and education, previously at Estée Lauder Companies.

In his new role, Morales will oversee the company's strategic initiatives to penetrate the salon channel, leveraging his extensive network and understanding of the industry landscape.
