The Perfume Shop rewards scheme hits five million members
The Perfume Shop has achieved a "momentous milestone" of reaching over five million members for its VIP Rewards Club.
The rewards scheme has increased its members by 21% over the last year, boosted by factors such as the cost-of-living crisis and the introduction of the brand's biggest-ever price freeze.
First launched in 2011, the VIP Rewards Club allows customers to access various benefits, including free standard delivery, unlimited next day delivery for £7.99 a year, additional 10% off the retailer's existing price freeze range, and 10% savings on signature scents.
Rewards also include free samples with all purchases, birthday treats, perfume points and a-list extras, which allow customers to level up to "new and exciting rewards".
Thea Wilson, Head of Loyalty at The Perfume Shop, said" “We want to ensure our customers feel valued at all times whilst being able to shop for their favourite fragrances, not only for themselves but also for loved ones.
“Being part of the VIP Rewards Club, The Perfume Shop offers more discounts and benefits than most competitors on the market. We really think about what our customers are wanting from their purchases, both large and small. We can’t wait to continue to grow the scheme."
Earlier this week, The Perfume Shop secured accreditation as a real living wage employer, highlighting its commitment to "ensuring all staff are paid fairly, feel rewarded and valued". Awarded by the Living Wage Foundation, the accreditation comes amid the cost-of-living crisis in the UK.
